We will walk you through the entire process. At your first meeting you will be introduced to Monogram Homes and we will review your ideas, likes, and dislikes.
From there Danielle will turn your ideas into 3-D renderings allowing you to see the exterior and interior of your future home. Utilizing design software, we can easily make changes right there with you.
Once we have a design that fits your lifestyle and suits your budget, a commitment is made and this is when it gets really exciting!
While obtaining permits, Danielle (a degreed interior designer from Ohio State University) will help you pick all of the finishing touches from paint colors to cabinet knobs.
Throughout construction you will have constant contact with Bob. There will be several scheduled meetings to walk the house and discuss any changes you may want.
